Are you a licensed company?
Yes. Our company is licensed by Turismo de Portugal ( RNAVT n.º 7663 ).

Do passengers have insurance?

Yes. Passengers have full insurance. We abide legislation requirements for this activity.

Do I have to be a member to use your service?
No, anyone can use our service.

Are your transfers direct, or shuttle?

Direct transfers, door-to-door.

What languages can your driver speak?

Portuguese, English, French.

Are your prices per car or per person? What does the price include?
Our prices are per car, 1-4 pax is one one price, 5-8 pax another different price. Full vehicle capacity is 8 passengers. Vat of 6% is already included in the final price.

Prices are per transfer, single price for one-way transfer, double price for the arrival and departure. Toll charges, boosters and baby chairs are already included in the price.

Where will I meet your driver at the airport?
Our driver will meet you in the arrival area near the airport information with your name board.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?
Having ensured that you have correctly followed our instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation.

What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and meet you accordingly.

How much luggage can i take?

Every passenger may carry 1 suite case and 1 hand luggage, however maximum full capacity is 6 big cases + hand luggage, or 6 big golf bags + hand luggage, we cannot transfer you if you bring 6 big cases + 6 big golf bags + hand luggage.

We can transport dogs or cats cages, please specify it in your booking,  the way we can realise if we are able to do this transfer, and take all your luggage and animal cages. Remember, animals have to travel inside their cages.

We have children traveling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?                                                     

Yes. Childs seats, boosters, babychairs are included if children/infants are specified in your booking.

Can I pay the driver cash?
Yes, you may pay cash to the driver (Only Euros), at the time of pick up.

Can I pay by Paypal or credit card?
You may pay with your Paypal account, or use a credit card with Paypal to pay in advance, however Price increases 4% when paying through Paypal.

Can I make a booking on the phone?
Yes, you can make a booking on the phone (Office hours 8.00 – 22.00)

I have completed a booking form, will I receive an e- mail confirmation?
Yes, we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If your transfer is within 24 hours from the time of booking, please call us for quick confirmation.

If you have not received any confirmation mail within 24 hours, first look at your Spam or Junk Mail boxes. In case you can still not find our confirmation mail, please contact us, in order that we may verify your mail in our sistem.

How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 24 hours would be the minimum required. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.

How can i calculate departure pickup time?

You don’t need to ! When you book, you have to choose your flight departure number and time, therefore, our software will do the mathematics for us, it calculates the way, you may be at the airport 2 hours before departure, to perform check-in.

If you need to reschedule your pickup departure time, please lets us know with a prior 24 hours notice. In the case you don’t show up for departure at appointed time, we reserve the right to give you 15 minutes tolerance time, and then leave without you.

My pickup is in Spain, what pickup time must i consider?

We are a portuguese based company, and the Faro Airport is in Portugal, therefore you must choose the portuguese time. Remember, we have 1 hour less than in Spain. In Portugal we have the same time as United Kingdom or Ireland.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.

If I have paid by credit card/Paypal and cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund. Please see Terms and Conditions

Is gratuity included in the price?
No. It is at the passengers discretion.
